This portal has been set up specifically for NRC members and will allow you to benefit from our negotiated group rate. When making your reservations by phone, be sure to mention that you are with the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) Conference in order to receive the negotiated room rate of $199.00 single/double. This rate expires and our room block is opened for general sale on November 30, 2007, and we expect to sell out our block well before that, so be sure to make your room reservations as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Attendee registration cancellations received on or before 12/1/07 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after 12/1/07 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after 1/1/08 and "No Shows" will be charged the full registration fee. Please note that on-site registrants must pay all fees at the time of registration by cash, check or credit card.
