Return Policy
 
  • Sales of physical products, event registrations, and membership dues are final after seven days.
  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing within seven days of purchasing a physical product or membership, or seven days before the event for registrations.
 
Delivery Method and Timing
 
The NRC ships physical products by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2 day air. If applicable, shipping charges are listed. All orders are confirmed by email.
 
Merchant Privacy Statement
 
Your right to privacy is important. The NRC will not sell or rent your personal or company information to any outside party. Your credit card information will be used securely by the NRC for the designated transaction and then destroyed.
