Exhibits Raffle Drawing

Exhibitors will control the distribution of raffle tickets for three cash prizes worth $1,000, $500 and $250. Exhibitors are encouraged to distribute the tickets to every railroad contractor and track owner that visits your booth and asks meaningful questions about your products or services. You will decide how many tickets should be given. The drawing will be held during our Closing Refreshment Break and Raffle in the Exhibit Hall.

The raffle is sure to generate a large amount of traffic to your booths, so come prepared to show them what you've got! Many participants like to raffle off their own items. We will be happy to facilitate this and conduct these individual drawings at the refreshment break prior to the main prize drawing. If you wish to raffle off an item, we ask only that it not be cash, and that it be worth at least $100. Popular raffle items in the past have included equipment, logo wares from exhibiting companies, or golf paraphernalia.
