Registering for the NRC Conference is your first step. For hotel reservations, call the Marriott Harbor Beach at 800-222-6543. When making your reservations by phone, be sure to mention that you are with the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) Conference in order to receive the negotiated room rate of $239 single/double. This rate expires and our room block is opened for general sale on December 13, 2010, and we expect to sell out our block well before that, so be sure to make your room reservations as soon as possible.

The Marriott Harbor Beach is conveniently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, roughly halfway between Palm Beach and South Beach. The resort is situated on a quarter-mile of private beach and maintains a secluded tropical ambiance with 16 lushly landscaped acres.
