The National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) held its 2022 Annual Conference January 5-8, 2022, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Hotel & Spa, in Phoenix, AZ. Most of the presentations are posted here, including those by railway executive and engineering leaders regarding their capital programs for 2022.
