The National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) held its 2022 Annual Conference January 5-8, 2022, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Hotel & Spa, in Phoenix, AZ. Most of the presentations are posted here, including those by railway executive and engineering leaders regarding their capital programs for 2022. The NRC conference is valuable because it brings key players together to talk about issues in the industry. The CapEx presentations give us perspectives of what railroad are going to do, what they are going invest in, and how contractors can participate in their expansion and maintenance programs.
