The National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) announced today that four new railway industry professionals have won election to its Board of Directors. The newly elected board members will serve three-year terms on the NRC board starting January 1, 2026:
The new members will join two other existing board members who have been re-elected to new terms:
“The NRC is fortunate to have a diverse board that represents a broad cross-section of NRC contractors and suppliers in the rail construction community,” notes NRC President Ashley Wieland. “These members volunteer their time and talents to make the NRC a dynamic and relevant association to benefit our industry. We are grateful the four members leaving the board – Dave Bergstron, Danny Brown, Richard Carney, and Jim Hansen – for their leadership and dedicated service.”
About the NRC- The NRC is a U.S. trade association that advances the mutual interests of railway contractors and suppliers who construct, maintain and supply freight railroads and rail-transit and passenger lines. Founded in 1978, the NRCc connects members with other railway industry professionals and government officials and policy makers.
