From our headquarters in Washington, D.C., the NRC is on the front lines representing railway contractors and suppliers on the federal, state and local levels through:

  • Updates on federal and state transportation infrastructure spending and regulatory issues and coordinate participation on pending legislation and policies;
  • Participation in Railroad Day on Capitol Hill and regional grassroots initiatives with access to legislators, policy makers and other railway decision makers to promote a strong industry.

The NRC provides opportunities to connect with and learn from other railway professionals to expand your business and develop your career:

  • Participation in and discounted attendance fees for the annual NRC Conference and Exhibition;
  • Listings in and access to the Annual NRC Membership Directory (both print and online), a national publication and important resource for your customers, which is distributed to freight railroads, industrial track owners, transit authorities, port facilities, and commuter rail agencies.
