Ongoing events scheduled throughout the year

The NRC's grassroots program connects U.S. representatives and senators directly with NRC members at their facilities and construction project sites. These visits give the Members of Congress the opportunity to meet employees, gain firsthand knowledge of the rail industry, and see how rail contractors and suppliers are positively affecting the local and national economy.

2023 date to be announced

The NRC's Annual Railroad Equipment Auction brings together buyers and sellers of used railway equipment. It also contributes to a worthwhile cause to fund NRC safety training resources. Check back for instructions on how to consign or donate equipment for the 2023 auction.

Railroad Day on Capitol Hill

2023 date to be determined

Take advantage of this opportunity to share your pro-rail messages virtually with Members of Congress and congressional and senate representatives. This effort will convey the vital role of rail in strengthening the U.S. economy, improving the environment, and connecting markets with each other. Check back for more details about the 2023 Railroad Day on Capitol Hill.

What our members say…

“The networking opportunities at the NRC annual conference are phenomenal! My company ended up with a $25 million contract that was cultivated from relationships forged at my very first NRC conference. And those networking opportunities continue today.”
